Each employee must know all the products that are on the menu, the wine list and the beverage list in order to able to assist the customers to order and to provide them not just a dinner but a fine dining experience. The way to achieve this is by increasing the level of their knowledge in all areas concerning their duties and which part of this knowing and understanding wines.

At the end of this course the employees will learn all they need to know about wine production methods, the varieties and their characteristics, how to match wine and food, assisting the guests to make their choices of wine (suggesting) and they will be able to carry out the tasks concerning the service of wines. They will thus become true Oenology Maestros!
